How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
What is your return policy for personal care products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on products that are damaged upon arrival or are unopened in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Are Zlade razors suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our razors are designed with advanced blade technology and lubricating strips infused with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E to minimize irritation and provide a smooth shave for sensitive skin.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

How often should I replace my razor blades?
For the most hygienic and closest shave, we recommend replacing your blade cartridges every 5-8 shaves, or as soon as you notice the lubricating strip fading.
